GitHub is unreliable and I am shadow banned from it as of now, so there should be a private chatroom for us to use to discuss server downtimes and ask for installing stuff.

Obviously not discord, because it's disgusting, so we could probably use an irc or matrix channel.

Why not just use IRC? There's a million clients for it and you can use it anywhere.
