In order to relicense Sparkle under a more permissive license (see #12), we need support from each contributor who has written code for Sparkle. @Bubgamer07 is the only person who hasn't agreed to the new changes yet, so I've modified API.md to rewrite all contributions from them.

This PR also relicenses the Sparkle codebase to the MIT license; see #12.
